The annual AFP Central PA Chapter conference is held in the fall of each year and offers a variety of educational workshops, vendor exhibits, networking opportunities, and more.  This year’s conference will be held Friday, October 3, at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey. The following sponsorship opportunities are currently available.


    


 SOLD Grand Conference Sponsor ($2,000) includes: exhibit booth with preferred location; inclusion in the conference brochure mailing; prominent listing in the conference program; introduction by chapter leadership at the conference opening; two minutes to address the conference participants at the opening of the conference; signage by the registration table (provided by you); placement of literature at the opening of the conference; acknowledgment on our chapter web site and complimentary lunch for two at the conference.     


 
       

SOLD President’s Lunch Sponsor ($1,250) includes: exhibit booth with preferred location; listing in conference program; introduction by chapter leadership during lunch; signage by the lunch entrance (provided by you); acknowledgment on our chapter web site; complimentary lunch for two at the conference and two minutes to address the luncheon attendees.

  Breakfast Sponsor ($750) includes: an exhibit booth; listing in the conference program; acknowledgment by chapter leadership at the opening of the conference; signage by the breakfast table (provided by you); acknowledgment on our chapter web site and complimentary lunch for two at the conference.

Marketplace Vendor ($200 before August 1; $250 after August 1)
includes: one 8 ft. x 24 in. table; listing in conference program; acknowledgment on our chapter Web site and complimentary lunch for one at the conference.
